Gentle, natural support for everyday ailments

When it comes to those little dramas that pop up in everyday family life - fevers, falls, upset tummies, emotional meltdowns. Having a few homeopathic remedies on hand can make such a difference.

Here are my top 5 remedies I recommend for every household.

These are the ones I never travel without, and

the ones I reach for again and again in clinic and at home.

1. Aconite

Sudden shocks, fright, or the very beginning of colds, fevers, or acute illnesses.

Keynotes / Emotional: Fearful, anxious, restless. Sudden onset.

2. Arnica

Bruises, trauma, bumps, sore muscles, or overexertion.

Keynotes / Emotional: Resistant to being touched; prefers to be left alone but wants comfort; fear of being hurt.

High fever, sudden inflammation, throbbing headaches, toothaches or earaches.

Keynotes / Emotional: Restless, startled easily, sensitive to noise, light, or touch. Sudden onset.

Modalities:

Bonus Tip:

Keep these remedies in a safe, cool place and try to avoid handling the pellets directly.

A single dose (a few drops or pellets under the tongue) is often enough to get things moving.

If in doubt - reach out! Homeopathy is all about individualisation, but these five are an excellent starting point.
